Questions
What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace goes read-only: your data is intact and visible, but the bot stops replying and nothing new is created until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately with the new limits. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next period, so you keep what you paid for.
Monthly or annual?
Annual is billed once and costs ten months rather than twelve. Monthly has no commitment.
How do I actually pay?
Card payments are not switched on yet — this is a genuinely pre-launch product, and we would rather say so than take a card we cannot charge. The free trial is real and starts today; we will ask for payment details before your trial ends, not before.
What counts against the limits?
New leads and AI replies are counted per billing period and reset with it. Team members, records on your roster and connected channels are counted as they stand, so removing one frees the seat straight away.
What if I need more than Pro?
