The service

FiguredOutAI provides a hosted platform for running lead intake over WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger, qualifying those leads against rules you configure, and matching them against records you maintain.

You bring your own Meta accounts — a WhatsApp Business account and number, a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account, or any combination of them. Your relationship with Meta, and any messaging charges Meta bills you, are yours.

Trials and payment

Every account starts with a 14-day trial that requires no payment details. At the end of the trial the workspace becomes read-only until a subscription starts. Nothing is deleted at that point.

Card payment is not switched on yet. Until it is, no charge can be made and no payment details are collected or stored.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message the people who contact you, and for complying with Meta's policies for each channel you connect — the WhatsApp Business policies, the Messenger Platform policies and Instagram's messaging rules. Accounts used to send unsolicited bulk messages may be suspended.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is while it is pre-launch. We do not offer an uptime guarantee, and the limits of our liability will be set out in the reviewed agreement that replaces this page.

Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time from the billing page; the workspace stays available until the end of any period already paid for. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any point.
