What the platform stores, why it stores it, and who can see it — described from how the system is actually built.

This is a placeholder, not reviewed legal text. FiguredOutAI is pre-launch and these pages describe how the product is built and intended to operate — they have not been drafted or checked by a lawyer, and they are not a contract. Before you rely on anything here, ask us at hello@figuredoutai.com.

What we store for you

Your account details, your workspace configuration, the records you add, and the leads and conversations the platform handles on your behalf across every channel you connect — including message transcripts, because the intake conversation is the product.

Your channel credentials — WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger alike — are encrypted at rest and are never returned by an API response, written to a log, or shown in full in the interface; only a masked preview is displayed.

Separation between customers

Every workspace is isolated. Records carry the organization that owns them and queries are scoped to the organization on the caller's verified session, never to anything a client sends.

The people who message you

When somebody messages your WhatsApp number, your Instagram account or your Facebook Page, the platform stores the identifier Meta gives us for them — a phone number on WhatsApp, a scoped account ID on Instagram and Messenger — what they said, and the answers extracted from it, so that you can act on the enquiry. They are your contacts: you decide what to collect and how long to keep it.

Processors we use

Meta, for message delivery on all three channels. A large language model provider, to run the intake conversation and extract answers from it. An email provider, for transactional email. Each receives only what that job needs.

Your data, and getting it back

Your data is yours. Email hello@figuredoutai.com to export or delete a workspace, and we will confirm when it is done.
